Q. What is a Home Inventory?
A.  A Tridancia home inventory is a comprehensive package containing complete photo, video, and written documentation of all that you own. This documentation is vital to you in  providing your insurance company, attorney, or estate planner with adequate details of your assets.

Q. Why do I need a home inventory?
A. You're insurance company wants to pay the full value of your policy, but can't unless they know what you have truly lost.  A comphrenhensive inventory documentation, will ensure your insurance company knows.

Q. Why isn't homeowners insurance enough?

Q. I have a camera, why can't I do an inventory myself?

There is nothing stopping you from taking your own personal inventory. However, while many homeowners have every intention of doing it, usually they never get around to it until after it is too late. Tridancia knows what your insurance company requires and we have the experience to ensure you have a comprehensive report to submit. We guide you through the process offering you options and advice as to what you will need to inventory.


Q. Will you share my personal information?
A. At Tridancia your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us. We will "NEVER" share any of your personal information, contact information or any information about your inventory content. We share company names and numbers with you about services that might be helpful and useful in the future..


Q. I own more than one  property, do you offer a discount?
A. Yes. As long as the property is located within our current service area.


Q. What if I lose my copy of my home inventory in a fire or disaster?
A. During our free in home consultation, you will be given a list of helpful hints on where and how to store your inventory. If in the event that your copy has been lost, stolen, or damaged, we will provide you with a duplicate of your entire package at no additional cost for the first year.


Q. Do you offer convenient appointment hours?
A. Yes, we offer both weekday and weekend appointments to try and accomodate your schedule.


Q. How invasive is a home inventory?
A. Everyone has their own level of comfort. What we will do on inventory day will be discussed during the initial consultation.  Your inventory can be as thorough as you feel comfortable with. We will offer suggestions as to what should be inventoried and let you make any changes you like.


Q. Do I need to be present while you are doing our home inventory?
A. Yes. You, your spouse, or someone over the age of 18, must be present at all times for insurence purposes. Also, we may have questions that need to be answered in order to complete a timely inventory.


Q. I've suffered a loss due to theft or disaster and police need a copy of the items lost?
A.
With your signed authorization, we will release your certified inventory records to the appropriate agencies.


Q. Do you offer discounts?

A. Yes, we offer discounts to:
  • Senior citizens age 60 and older
  • The physically challenged with handicapped ID
  • Military: All branches of the Military with ID
